Issues with books?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please contact us by email at info@2kidspublishing.com, stating the reasons why you are dissatisfied. We will do our best to resolve any issues.
Defective books
We will replace defective books purchased new through our web site within 30 days of purchase. Please contact us by email at info@2kidspublishing.com, stating the order number included on the enclosed invoice, the title, and the defect. Please include one or two clear pics of the damage in your email. We will then send a replacement copy.
Digital books
Our digital content in downloadable form is not returnable. However, if you are having compatibility issues or you can’t get the content to open on your device, please contact us by email at info@2kidspublishing.com. Please include your name, order number from your confirmation email and a phone number with a time best suited for us to contact you to help resolve the issue.
